How does the process work?

Because we are not a car dealership, we can not list a sales price. Our process is to ask you to place a competitive bid on the vehicle you are interested in. The highest bid, inside of the bidding period, will buy the vehicle. If you are the highest bidder, you will be responsible for the tax, tag and license fees.

How does bidding work?

You can submit a bid, in a sealed envelope, at any of our offices. Inside the envelope, we would need your name, daytime number, the year and make of the vehicle you are bidding on and the amount of your bid. Or, you can submit a bid via our link on each of the vehicles listed on this website. The sell and purchase of the vehicle is on an "as is basis". Prosperity Bank does not provide an implied or expressed warranty on any vehicle purchased.

We reserve the right to decline any bid submitted.

Can I see the vehicle before I bid?

Yes, of course. If the pictures shown on the website do not provide you with enough information, you can contact Prosperity Bank at 1-800-347-9680. Please let our representatives know that you are calling about the vehicles posted on the website.
